The beauty industry has a narrow embrace on diversity. There is a lack of diversity in hiring, merchandising, supply, and haircare. There is a need for a beauty salon that takes pride in pouring into our African American youth and is dedicated to consistently providing high customer satisfaction by rendering excellent service, quality products, while providing an enjoyable atmosphere at an acceptable price/value relationship.

Salon Krēˈāt merges that gap by providing premier haircare services, youth give-back opportunities, and products specializing in textured haircare. We provide African American representation amongst stylists as well as a safe and educational space for our African American consumers. Our services and products enhance our clients' appearance, relaxation, and mental health. We also maintain a friendly, fair, and creative work environment which respects diversity, ideas, and hard work.
